The objective of the Feel4Diabetes team

was to develop, implement and evaluate a community-based intervention aiming to promote behavioral changes and create a more supportive social and physical environment to prevent type 2 diabetes among families from low and middle income countries and from vulnerable populations in high income countries in Europe.

To increase the potential scalability of Feel4Diabetes project, the intervention was designed to be low-cost, applicable in low resource settings and potentially cost-effective at a local, national and international level.
