Esther M. González-Gil is a postdoctoral researcher from the University of Zaragoza, where she obtained her PhD in 2017. Her research field is Epidemiology and Nutrition in childhood. For the last ten years, she has been working in the GENUD (Growth, Exercise, Nutrition and Development). She has been involved in several national and European projects funded by the European Commission and she has also contributed in more than 30 international publications. Recently, she was awarded with Juan de la Cierva-Formación grant with the University of Granada and now she’s working at the Institute of Nutrition and Food Technology in the Center of Biomedical Research supervised by Concepción Aguilera. She is still collaborating with GENUD.
